At Allied Heat Transfer we design and manufacture heat transfer equipment such us
heat exchangers,
industrial radiators, coolers and complete cooling systems. These designs
are carried out to various standards such as AS1210, ASME 8 Div 1 & 2, TEMA
and more.
In addition to the design and manufacture of heat transfer equipment we also offer consultancy services relating to both Thermal and Mechanical design. By utilising our company to assist with your heat transfer problems you gain access to many decades of combined experience in the area coupled with access to the latest software, heat transfer formulae and correlations internationally recognised from ongoing heat transfer research and development.:
We have a range of capabilities including thermal modelling using HTRI software, CFD modelling and CAD design. We are also able to provide or assist with mechanical calculations pertaining to heat transfer devices.

Air cooled heat exchangers
can be both modelled and physically tested in our workshop and on our Air Cooled
Heat Exchanger Test Unit, with this ACHE Test Unit we are able to build scale models
of air cooled heat exchangers and test the performance thereby giving you complete
certainty on the results that will be seen once installed.
Different heat exchanger processes can be modelled including single and dual phase applications, condensers and boilers. Existing installations can be modelled to determine what effect changing process conditions would have on the output of the vessel.
All these services are performed under the control of our DNV certified management system so full traceability is maintained.
