Our service department can chemically and mechanically clean your exchanger to keep it running at optimum efficiency. If during servicing any problems are detected (Such as a cracked tube) we are able to quickly repair the units keeping turn-around time to a minimum, if required we can draw the exchanger and keep the records on file to manufacture a new unit exactly as per the original.

We understand the urgency that is required when these units come in for service and have a specific department ready to act as soon as the units arrive.

We keep a range of test blanks in-house to facilitate easy pressure testing of the units and if required can offer NATA accredited test certificates.

We also carry a range of marine grade heat exchangers on the shelf ready to go, these heat exchangers are proven performers with units still in salt water service after 20 years. We can supply units as size for size replacements or design exchangers for new installations.

If the required duty is not able to be performed by a standard unit we are able to custom design and build exchangers of any type, size and construction in house to your specific requirements. These units can be built to the standards you require such as AS-1210 and TEMA.

We operate to a Det Norske Veritas accredited ISO 9001 quality system so you can be sure any work undertaken by Allied Heat Transfer will be to the highest standard.
