Design & Manufacture
At Allied Heat Transfer we design
and manufacture Heat Transfer Equipment which mainly
involves Heat Exchangers, Industrial Radiators, Coolers
and complete cooling systems.
The design capabilities of Allied
Heat Transfer are as per AS 1210, Asme 8 Divisions 1 & 2
and TEMA. Thermal design capability is for all types of
Shell & Tube and Air Blast Exchangers and Radiators with
typical types listed below. Thermal and hydraulic
methods used are those of the Heat Transfer Research
Inc. As such, these methods utilise the latest heat
transfer formulae and correlations internationally
recognised from ongoing heat transfer research and
development.

Problem solving of existing
installations can be carried out with both thermal and
mechanical checking available. Vibration analyses of
heat exchanger, including susceptibility to acoustic
emissions is also available. We use HTRI software which
is the most internationally recognised method of
performing these analyses. Allied Heat Transfer have the
diagnostic equipment available to carry out thermal
checks on equipment that are currently in service,
modifications to existing systems may be derived to
produce higher performance and service reliability.
Allied Heat Transfer has a
Quality Management System Accredited by Det Norske
Veritas and are an accredited NATA test facility for
pressure Vessels. In addition to the Quality and
Mechanical Testing systems the company operates to
stringent Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
Allied
Heat Transfer is a relatively small manufacturer, we do
not operate large factories, we do not handle hundreds
of contracts at once and do not seek hundreds of
clients. What we do is to strive to give unparalleled
service to the clients that we are in partnership with.
